I recently had the chance to speak about game design at an event held in the beautiful town of Óbidos, Portugal.
My talk was aimed at aspiring game designers and anyone curious about how to approach design problems. My topic: “Good Design: And How to Find It.”
I shared how I think about approaching effective design and what helps me get there. The talk draws from my own experience designing games, with a focus on practical ways to approach tough design challenges.
